Job Details
- Position: EPWP Participants (x104)
- Location: Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality, Limpopo
- Wage Rate: R150.00 per day
- Job Type: Temporary / Contract (EPWP Programme)
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have:
- Grade 8 / STD 6 or higher
- Certified copy of ID document
- Proof of residence (from Ward Councillor or relevant authority)
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Road patching and maintenance
- Grass cutting and landscaping
- Bush clearing
- Waste collection services
- Street cleaning
- Traffic control assistance
- School patrol duties
- Any additional tasks as required
Selection Criteria
- Women, youth, and people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply
- Candidates will be placed across various villages within the municipality
- Recruitment will prioritize EPWP target groups:
- Women: 60%
- Youth: 55%
- People with disabilities: 2%
