Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for 104 Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) positions.

Job Details

• Position: EPWP Participants (x104)
• Location: Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality, Limpopo
• Wage Rate: R150.00 per day
• Job Type: Temporary / Contract (EPWP Programme)

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have:

• Grade 8 / STD 6 or higher
• Certified copy of ID document
• Proof of residence (from Ward Councillor or relevant authority)

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

• Road patching and maintenance
• Grass cutting and landscaping
• Bush clearing
• Waste collection services
• Street cleaning
• Traffic control assistance
• School patrol duties
• Any additional tasks as required

Selection Criteria

• Women, youth, and people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply
• Candidates will be placed across various villages within the municipality
• Recruitment will prioritize EPWP target groups:
  • Women: 60%
  • Youth: 55%
  • People with disabilities: 2%
