About the Role
Barloworld Equipment, a leading provider of world-class heavy machinery and solutions, is looking for two dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Assistants to join the team in Middelburg. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about warehouse operations, logistics, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Exceed daily warehouse KPIs and productivity goals.
• Accurately process customer orders within set time and quality standards.
• Comply with all warehouse safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain optimal parts stock levels and reduce stock losses or damages.
• Ensure accuracy in stock counts, picking, and binning.
• Uphold high housekeeping and organization standards within the warehouse.
• Assist with all warehouse-related activities in the Parts Department.
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
• 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (preferably in a parts or equipment environment).
• Understanding of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Forklift License will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
• Customer Service Orientation with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ensure full compliance with processes.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Computer literacy required (MS Office / ERP systems advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of parts troubleshooting is beneficial.
• Must be willing to work shifts and standbys as required.
