Barloworld Equipment, a leading provider of world-class heavy machinery and solutions, is looking for two dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Assistants to join the team in Middelburg. Key Responsibilities
• Exceed daily warehouse KPIs and productivity goals.
• Accurately process customer orders within set time and quality standards.
• Comply with all warehouse safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain optimal parts stock levels and reduce stock losses or damages.
• Ensure accuracy in stock counts, picking, and binning.
• Uphold high housekeeping and organization standards within the warehouse.
• Assist with all warehouse-related activities in the Parts Department.
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
• 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (preferably in a parts or equipment environment).
• Understanding of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Forklift License will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
• Customer Service Orientation with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ensure full compliance with processes.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Computer literacy required (MS Office / ERP systems advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of parts troubleshooting is beneficial.
• Must be willing to work shifts and standbys as required.
