Eskom – Artisan Electrical Heavy Current

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment according to established procedures
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to ensure minimal downtime
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to operational improvements
• Ensuring equipment care, proper usage, and maintenance of tools

• Valid driver’s license

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this Artisan Electrical Heavy Current position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Matric / N3 qualification
• Trade Certificate (NQF Level 4) with a minimum of 120 credits
• Completion of relevant practical training in electrical maintenance or heavy current systems

This foundational training ensures candidates are equipped to handle the technical demands of a power station environment.
