Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant General Worker, you will:

• Support site teams in achieving daily operational targets

• Assist with inspections and report hazards or deviations

• Help resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary

• Carry out general site duties as assigned

• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas (housekeeping)

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times

• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience

Skills and Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Strong listening skills

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Strong focus on safety

Additional Requirements

• Must pass criminal screening checks

• Must be medically and physically fit

• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
