Purpose of the Work Integrated Learning Programme
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme is designed to give TVET N6 students practical workplace exposure so they can complete the practical component required for their qualification.
Many Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes require students to complete a period of workplace training before they can obtain their National Diploma. This programme provides the opportunity to gain that experience while working in a professional environment.
