The Rola Group is offering an exciting Automotive Apprentice opportunity at VW Vredenburg for individuals who are eager to start a technical career in the motor industry. This apprenticeship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about motor vehicles, willing to learn a trade, and committed to developing into a Qualified Vehicle Technician while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science

• Automotive-related subjects will be highly advantageous

• Young, energetic, and willing to learn

• Strong technical aptitude and interest in motor vehicles

• Good time management and ability to work under pressure

• Good verbal communication skills (training conducted mainly in English)

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting a qualified technician with vehicle servicing and repairs

• Learning how to accurately clock job times

• Understanding Repair Order Instructions before starting work

• Learning to plan jobs and identify required parts for ordering

• Attending all prescribed technical and apprenticeship training
