Job Purpose
The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance team by ensuring that company facilities, buildings, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role involves assisting with repairs, routine inspections, and general upkeep while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and maintenance needs
• Support skilled technicians with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, refrigeration, and air conditioning work
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies are well-stocked and in good condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Report maintenance issues and hazards promptly
Minimum Requirements
