Sandvik is offering a Millwright Apprenticeship opportunity in South Africa for candidates seeking hands-on technical training combined with structured theoretical learning.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Millwright Apprentice, you will invest your time and effort into developing technical skills while the employer provides workplace training and support. Accredited training institutions and the Industry Training Authority (ITA) form part of the apprenticeship programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comply with the conditions of the employment agreement or award
• Attend work and perform duties as directed
• Maintain a professional and respectful work attitude
• Follow all lawful instructions and safety procedures
• Work towards achieving competencies outlined in the training plan
• Participate in required training and assessments
• Maintain accurate training records and present them when required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Qualifications:
• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science or equivalent
• N3 Engineering Certificate
• Strong academic performance will be an advantage
• Matric Statement of Results must be attached

• Northern Cape
• Eastern Limb
• Mpumalanga (Coal Mining Areas)
• KwaZulu-Natal
