We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled Artisan to join our grain storage and handling operations in Bethlehem. The successful candidate will be responsible for field-specific maintenance of grain handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Perform maintenance and repairs on silo machinery and grain handling equipment
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance as instructed
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Assist with asset control and equipment inspections
• Support effective employee relations and teamwork
• Minimise downtime through quick fault-finding and problem solving
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training
• Currently studying towards a Qualified Artisan in:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Millwright
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Vehicle Licence)
Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance environment
• Experience within a grain handling or silo facility will be a strong advantage
