FNB is looking for a motivated Assistant Artisan to support artisans with repairs, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance across Bank City in Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities
• Assist artisans with routine maintenance, repairs, and installations (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical)
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and maintained on site
• Support planned and preventative maintenance activities
• Identify and escalate operational risks that may lead to increased costs
• Promote cost efficiency, prevent wastage, and suggest process improvements
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and procedures
• Maintain compliance with governance, safety, and quality standards
• Complete administration, reporting, and job updates accurately and on time
• Contribute to teamwork, inclusivity, and effective collaboration
• Act in line with organisational values and the company code of ethics
