Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Mechanic Level 4 based in George, Western Cape.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and servicing a full range of Bell earthmoving equipment, including:
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
• Performing basic repairs and component replacements
• Stripping and assembling engines, transmissions, axles, pumps, and related components
• Completing all required documentation, including:
• Job cards
• Service reports
• Timesheets
• Recommended service guides
• Installation certificates
• Product condition reports
• Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Minimum Requirements
• Red Seal Qualified Earthmoving Mechanic
• Minimum N2 Trade Theory, including:
• Engineering Science
• Applied Mathematics
• Engineering Drawing
• Basic auto-electrical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
• Extensive knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment
• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence
• Own complete set of tools
Advantageous Experience
• Experience working with Bell and JCB equipment
