Introduction

A leading mining operation in Kolomela (Kathu) is currently recruiting two (2) Parts Warehouse Assistants to support efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidates will play a key role in stock control, order fulfilment, housekeeping, and ensuring warehouse performance standards are met.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Outputs & Responsibilities

• Ensure daily warehouse KPIs are met and exceeded

• Process customer orders accurately according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards

• Comply with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements

• Maintain parts stock levels and assist in reducing stock losses and damages

• Ensure accurate stock counts, picking, binning, and issuing of parts

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse

• Assist with all warehouse-related duties within the Kathu Parts Department

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Valid driver’s licence

• Basic knowledge of parts and warehouse operations (advantageous)

• Strong customer service orientation

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

• High attention to detail with strong numeric accuracy

• Computer literacy

• Team player with a process-compliance mindset

• Basic troubleshooting skills related to parts and stock handling
