This Client Service Consultant position is centred around delivering exceptional customer service within the Foreign Exchange Product House. The role focuses on providing efficient support to clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth processing of Forex payments (inward and outward). You will also play a key part in converting leads to sales by opening active accounts and meeting annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Consultant, you will:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with Forex payment queries.
• Deliver exceptional service through proactive, innovative solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through open and effective communication.
• Supply accurate and complete information using the correct tools and systems.
• Go the extra mile to engage and support clients.
Minimum Requirements
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
• Have Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Have 1–2 years’ experience handling high-level client queries related to Forex payments (Client Care / Call Centre environment).
• Have experience in the Financial Services or Banking sector (advantageous).
• Understand the process of inward and outward Forex payments.
