We invite motivated South African youth between 18–35 years of age from the Northern Cape Province who want to study in the fields of Refrigeration, Welding, Fitting and Turning, or Boilermaking to apply for the Phakamile Mabija Apprenticeship Programme.
Obtain the following:
• Hands-on training over a duration of 36 months
• A nationally recognised Qualification (Red Seal) and
• Earn a stipend while you learn.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
• Boilermaking – N2 Qualification with passed Engineering Maths, Engineering Science, Drawings and Boilermaking Trade Theory.
• Fitting and Turning – N2 Qualification with passed Engineering Maths, Engineering Science, Drawings and Fitting and Turning Trade Theory.
• Welding – Level 4 with passed Engineering Maths, Engineering Science, Drawings and Platers Trade Theory.
• Refrigeration – N2 Qualification with passed Engineering Maths, Engineering Science, Drawings and Electrical Trade Theory.
