• South African citizens aged 18 to 35
• Minimum Grade 12, with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2
• Currently unemployed and not studying
• Committed to completing the full 12-month programme
• Able to attend both classroom sessions and practical in-store training
• Successful completion of a pre-assessment process (if applicable)
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A willingness to learn, take accountability, and work well in teams
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and retail
