Engineering Learnership Opportunity
As part of our Engineering and Maintenance Learnership Program, VKB Milling offers unemployed individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional agri-processing environment.
This structured program combines practical training and theoretical learning to develop core engineering and maintenance skills, preparing candidates for careers in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be currently unemployed
• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification (Matric)
• A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is advantageous
• Strong leadership and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency in Mathematics
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office
• Must be passionate about engineering and maintenance
• Able to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
