This structured programme provides unit standard-based learning, practical training, and valuable workplace experience.
Preference will be given to local Employment Equity (EE) candidates in accordance with the Business Unit EE Plan.

• Diesel Mechanic
• Boilermaker
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diesel Mechanic Learnership
• Matric (Grade 12) with English / N3 or higher in English / Communication (minimum 40%)
• N2 or higher with all four relevant Diesel Mechanic trade subjects
• OR NCV Level 4 in Motor Mechanic with all subjects passed (minimum 40%)
Boilermaker Learnership
• Matric (Grade 12) with English / N3 or higher in English / Communication (minimum 40%)
• N2 or higher with all four relevant Boilermaker trade subjects
• OR NCV Level 4 in Boilermaker/Fabrication with all subjects passed (minimum 40%)
Key Responsibilities
• Successfully complete theoretical and practical training as per the structured learnership programme
• Maintain personal performance in alignment with training requirements
• Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety standards
