About the DynamX Trainee Programme
The DynamX Trainee Programme is a highly competitive 24-month graduate development programme consisting of structured, segmented fixed-term contracts. Throughout the programme, trainees are exposed to different areas of the business and given opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills.
Key features of the programme include:
- 24-month structured development programme designed to accelerate graduate career growth.
- Six-month rotational cycles that provide exposure to different teams, functions and business environments.
- Cross-functional work experience, allowing trainees to understand how different areas of the organisation work together to achieve business objectives.
- Regular performance and development evaluations that determine progression into the next phase of the programme.
- Opportunities to work on challenging business projects that encourage problem-solving, innovation and independent thinking.
- Exposure to experienced professionals and leaders who provide guidance, coaching and developmental support.
- A strong focus on developing graduates who can adapt to change, embrace new technologies and contribute meaningfully to the organisation.
The programme follows the 70-20-10 learning philosophy, where approximately:
- 70% of learning takes place through challenging assignments, projects and practical experiences.
- 20% comes from developmental relationships such as coaching, mentoring, collaboration and feedback.
- 10% comes through formal learning, coursework, training and structured development activities.
This approach allows trainees to combine theoretical knowledge with practical workplace experience and develop the confidence and capabilities required to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.
The programme encourages individuals to solve problems in new and creative ways, take calculated risks, identify opportunities and challenge conventional thinking. Trainees are expected to take ownership of their development and actively contribute to the success of their respective teams.
Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, including the required performance evaluations and development milestones, trainees will be eligible to apply for suitable opportunities within the business. This creates a pathway for continued professional growth, career development and long-term contribution to the organisation.
