About the Programme
The Mechatronics Apprenticeship is intended to help candidates gain both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience. Mechatronics involves areas such as electrical systems, mechanical equipment, electronics, automation, and control systems.
The programme provides an opportunity for candidates to develop technical skills in a professional manufacturing environment. Apprentices will be expected to learn, follow workplace procedures, work safely, and contribute to the organisation while developing their technical abilities.
The maximum programme duration is 4.5 years, giving successful candidates an extended opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience and develop their skills.

Why Apply for a Mechatronics Apprenticeship?
A Mechatronics apprenticeship can provide valuable practical experience for candidates interested in engineering, manufacturing, machinery, automation, and electrical systems.
Instead of relying only on classroom-based learning, apprentices have the opportunity to develop their skills in a real workplace. This can help candidates understand how technical knowledge is applied to equipment, machinery, production processes, and workplace challenges.
The experience gained during an apprenticeship can also help candidates build their professional skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, communication, reliability, and workplace safety.
