This is an excellent opportunity for qualified operators with mining or construction experience to join one of South Africa’s largest mechanised mining projects.
The available positions include Dozer Operators, Grader Operators, Loader (Front-End Loader) Operators, Excavator Operators, Water Truck Drivers, Tipper Truck Operators, Roller Operators, and TLB Operators. These positions are offered on a three-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension depending on operational requirements and project needs.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence
- Valid PrDP (where applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating the relevant machine
- Medical fitness to work in construction and mining environments
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, overtime and public holidays
- Strong commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to pass the Dover Assessment
- Good understanding of mine safety regulations and traffic rules
Advantage
Previous experience in the mining or construction industry will be beneficial.
Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Operate heavy construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Report mechanical defects immediately
- Follow supervisor instructions
- Maintain safe working practices
- Comply with Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA)
- Follow all site rules and company procedures
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Work overtime when required
