Overview
A leading mining operation in the North West is offering an Engineering Learnership opportunity within the TMM Electrical discipline. This structured programme is designed to provide learners with practical workplace experience and technical exposure in a mining environment, enabling them to develop industry-relevant skills while completing their learnership.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across various functional areas related to electrical engineering and mining operations.
Purpose of the Learnership
The learnership aims to equip aspiring engineering professionals with practical and theoretical knowledge through workplace-based learning. Participants will be exposed to different aspects of the TMM Electrical discipline as part of their development programme.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ)

Learning and Development

Complete practical and theoretical training requirements as prescribed.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Pure Mathematics
Physical Science
Technical Drawing
Relevant Trade Theory
Minimum achievement of 40% in each subject
OR
N2 Engineering Qualification
N2 Engineering with four relevant engineering subjects
Additional Requirements
Must be able to obtain a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Must provide certified copies of all relevant qualifications and supporting documentation.
