- Maintain compliance with workplace safety requirements and company policies.

Learning and Development
- Participate actively in all aspects of the learnership programme.
- Complete practical and theoretical training modules successfully.
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the learning programme.
- Gain exposure to engineering, maintenance, and mining-related functions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills in a practical workplace setting.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
- Pure Mathematics
- Physical Science
- Technical Drawing
- Relevant Trade Theory
- Minimum achievement of 40% in each subject
OR
N2 Engineering Qualification
- N2 Engineering with four relevant engineering subjects
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Must provide certified copies of all relevant qualifications and supporting documentation.
- Must be willing to work and learn within a mining environment.
