About the Opportunity
Pepkor Lifestyle (including HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester) is offering an exciting Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded Learnership for motivated and passionate individuals.
This 12-month programme is designed to help young South Africans gain valuable workplace experience and build a strong foundation in the retail industry.
Key Learning Areas
During the learnership, participants will gain hands-on experience in:
- Customer service and assisting shoppers on the sales floor
- Merchandising, marketing, and maintaining product displays
- English and mathematics fundamentals
- Point of Sale (POS) systems and transaction processing
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Opening and managing customer accounts
- Stock control and loss prevention
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Matric)
- South African citizen
- No criminal record
- Fluent in English
- Open to candidates with and without disabilities
