Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Stock Control
• Participate in cyclical and full stock-take processes, procurement, and ethical stock control
• Assist with internal and inter-clinic stock management
• Ensure compliance with Netcare Stock Management policies
Medication Dispensing & Patient Care
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing, picking, and packaging medicine
• Capture prescriptions and patient profiles on Unisolve system
• Support chronic medicine recalls and follow up on outstanding medication
Teamwork & Professional Development
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to meet objectives
• Actively participate in professional development and stay updated on policies and procedures
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and patients
Compliance & Administration
• Adhere to SA Pharmacy Council regulations
• Conduct related administrative and housekeeping tasks
• Perform any duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist
Requirements
• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Passion for healthcare and patient service
• Professional, reliable, and able to work flexible hours
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
