About Two Rivers Platinum Mine
Two Rivers Platinum Mine is a leading joint venture between African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) (54%) and Impala Platinum (46%), managed by ARM. The mine is located on the farm Dwarsrivier, situated on the southern part of the eastern limb of the Bushveld Complex — about 35 km southwest of Burgersfort in Limpopo, South Africa.

Purpose of the Learnership
Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to join the Two Rivers Platinum Mine Engineering Learnership Programme (18.2). This exciting opportunity allows successful candidates to gain hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in their chosen engineering fields.
A limited number of positions are available.
Fields of Training
The learnership programme offers opportunities in the following disciplines:
• Diesel Mechanic
• Electrician
• Auto Electrician
• Fitter
• Boilermaker
• Plumber
Minimum Entry Requirements
Training Field Entry Requirements
Diesel Mechanic Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Diesel Mechanic Engineering Certificate
Electrician Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Electrical Engineering Certificate
Auto Electrician Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Auto Electrical Engineering Certificate
Fitter Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Fitter Engineering Certificate
Boilermaker Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Boilermaker Engineering Certificate
Plumber Grade 12 with Maths and Science plus N2 Plumber Engineering Certificate
Minimum Experience
• Completion of an Operative/Generic Engineering Skills Programme.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience will be an added advantage.
Terms and Conditions
Successful candidates will be appointed based on medical fitness as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996. Applicants should be prepared to undergo various job-related assessments during the selection process.
Please note that credit, criminal, and reference checks may also be conducted by the mine if required.
