Eskom is seeking a highly skilled Artisan Electrical (HV Plant) to join its Northern Grid Business Unit in Polokwane. This role focuses on providing safe, organized, and efficient first-line maintenance services for HV Plant and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Artisan Electrical HV Plant, your duties will include:

• Operating and servicing HV Plant equipment.

• Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections.

• Ensuring compliance with ORHVS and OHS Act safety standards.

• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior team members.

• Conducting condition monitoring and non-outage-related activities.

• Managing documentation and configuration records.

• Promoting safe and environmentally responsible work practices.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate in Electrical (Light/Heavy Current) – NQF 4 with 120 Credits

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience in a relevant environment
