This is a structured Learnership Programme designed to equip participants with practical and theoretical knowledge in manufacturing and production environments. During the programme, learners will receive training in the following areas:
• Working effectively in a team
• Safety and the use of hand tools
• Reading assembly and manufacturing drawings
• Marking off and welding
• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Surface preparation
• Basic fire fighting
• Operations and dispatching of products
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6)
• Matric or Technical Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science or Engineering Science, and one of the following:
• Electrical Trade Theory
• Mechanical Trade Theory
• Motor Trade Theory
• Mechanical Drawing
• Graphic Design

Qualification Outcome
