We are currently looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our Engineering Apprenticeship Programme at our Inland Baking Operations in Pretoria, Benoni, and Rustenburg.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
• N4 qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• N5 or higher qualification will be an added advantage
Physical Requirements:
• Must be medically fit and able to perform physical tasks required for the role
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL FOODS, you will:
• Learn on the job: Gain practical, hands-on experience working with machinery and equipment used in food manufacturing
• Develop technical skills: Understand the engineering processes that support the daily operations of our manufacturing units
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment: Work closely with senior engineers to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Work with modern technology: Be exposed to advanced engineering technologies and methods
