Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking an Electrician responsible for performing and supervising (when necessary) daily electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems. This includes reactive and preventative maintenance, wiring, lighting systems, and electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Maintenance
- Perform daily electrical repairs and installations.
- Prepare tools and PPE daily.
- Respond to installation and maintenance requests.
- Diagnose faults and complete troubleshooting.
- Install wiring and electrical systems to standard.
- Repair wiring and conduits as needed.
- Inspect and audit systems for safety and compliance.
- Provide feedback and updates to management.
- Secure and store tools and materials per regulations.
Electrical Compliance
- Inspect and test systems for compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain technical stock and PPE.
- Stay current with trade knowledge, tools, equipment, and procedures.
- Follow SOPs and updated installation/testing protocols.
Shift Supervision (If Applicable)
- Complete and sign inspection registers.
- Address client requests and feedback.
- Supervise staff appearance, behavior, and equipment handling.
- Manage stock and job card administration.
- Support technical escalations and monitor fault resolution.
- Recommend suitable products or services to meet operational needs.
Standards & Governance
- Ensure work aligns with health, hygiene, safety, and environmental legislation.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with internal clients to assess repair needs.
- Notify stakeholders of outages and scheduled shutdowns.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Report critical safety or technical breaches to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Matric
- Trade Qualification: 2-Year Diploma / Trade Test as Electrician
- License: Wireman’s License (Required)
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years performing electrical repairs
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
