The Metal Fan Apprenticeship Programme 2025 offers hands-on technical training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world engineering environments. In collaboration with accredited trade schools and experienced engineering teams, the programme is designed to develop skilled artisans for high-demand industries such as manufacturing, construction, and energy.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have one of the following:
• Grade 12 with N2 or N3
• N4 to N6 Certificate
• NCV Level 4 (accepted)
Monthly Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R6,000.
