Job Overview
The purpose of this P27 role is to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience through stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient processing of transactions at the till points.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills – fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Tenacious and results-driven
• High energy levels and motivation
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
• Assist customers in finding products and provide a great shopping experience
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints
2. Cashier Duties
• Process cash and card transactions
• Handle Lay-By payments and customer refunds
• Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
• Ensure till balancing at the end of shifts
3. Merchandising & Housekeeping
• Ensure that stock is correctly priced and displayed
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor
• Keep up to date with promotions and special offers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
4. Risk & Security
• Ensure all products are tagged according to company policy
• Participate in stock takes
• Monitor and report shoplifting or fraudulent activities to management
