Programme Overview
Learnerships are structured learning programmes that combine on-the-job training with institutional learning. Participants will gain practical experience in their chosen field while completing the necessary theoretical components.

• Mechanical Fitter
• Instrumentation
• Electrician
• Chemical Plant Operator
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a completed National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification with a pass in the following subjects:
• Technical Mathematics / Mathematics SG / HG
• English / Business English SG / HG
• Technical / Physical Science SG / HG
Core Learnership Elements
• Participate in the Learnership Programme and successfully complete all assessments.
• Engage in required workplace readiness activities and practical exercises.
