Momentum Retail is actively seeking a self-driven Skills Development Intern to join our dynamic team on an Internship Program. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to skills development, B-BBEE compliance, and learning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Skills Development Manager and Learning & Performance team in administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with learnerships, internships, and bursaries administration.
• Ensure compliance with B-BBEE legislation and skills development regulations.
• Track, report, and maintain statistics on skills development initiatives.
• Coordinate B-BBEE audits and assist in compiling portfolios of evidence for transformation audits.
• Assist in the implementation of skills development and learning programs.
• Provide accurate data entry and maintain reporting systems for monitoring skills development progress.
Requirements:
• Matric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a similar field.
• Experience in learnerships, internships, and bursary programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Report) is desirable.
