• Participate and comply with all SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox).
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.
Customer Focus
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintenance.
Business Processes & Maintenance Responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Conduct fault-finding techniques, root cause failure analysis, and regular inspections.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (low and high voltage).
• Ensure electrical installations comply with statutory regulations and safety standards.
• Complete breakdown work orders, create notifications, provide feedback, and generate orders in relevant maintenance systems.
• Perform lockout procedures on machinery to prepare for maintenance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on production machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize complex measuring equipment and establish precise measurements and tolerancing.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Trade Certificate (Millwright)
• 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Advantageous
• Experience in furnaces and industrial plant maintenance will be an advantage.
