Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification(s):
- Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50%, and English 40% OR
- N3 with Maths 50%, Science 50%, and English 40% OR
- NCV Level 4 with Maths 50%, Science 50%, and English 40%.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- No prior participation or registration in a learning programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will undergo institutionalised training along with on-the-job training at Duvha Power Station to gain the necessary skills and experience.
- You will develop hands-on skills in plant operation and maintenance, preparing you for a long-term career in the power generation industry.
- Demonstrate key attributes such as politeness, promptness, energy, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Be proactive and assertive in your role while learning from experienced operators in the field.
