CHROMEX MINING COMPANY (PTY) LTD invites applications from motivated, self-disciplined, and well-organized individuals to participate in the following programs:
1. Learnership Program
Fields of Study:
• Mining Engineering
• Fitting
• Boilermaking
• Electrical Engineering
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Reside within the local community (a verification letter may be required) or have a family member employed by Chromex.
• Willing to undergo a Learnership Readiness Assessment Test.
• Must successfully complete the program on the first attempt.
• Must be available for vacation work at the company during school holidays.
Program Benefits:
• Learnership agreement with the company.
• Practical industry experience and skill development.
Total Number of Learnerships: 1 (subject to change at management’s discretion).

• Accommodation
• Textbooks or learning equipment
Total Number of Bursaries: 2 (subject to change at management’s discretion).

3. Internship Program (IP)

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a University, TVET, or Private College qualification (attach proof).

• Have excellent academic results (attach proof).

• 24-month Internship Agreement with the company.
Total Number of Internships: 2 (subject to change at management’s discretion).
