About the Eskom YES Programme

Successful candidates will receive practical workplace exposure while working across various Eskom operations throughout South Africa.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Eskom YES Programme, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Not be studying full-time during the employment period.
- Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES Programme.
- Be willing to undergo Eskom’s recruitment and selection process.
