Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- N1 in Electrical Trade Theory will be advantageous
- 0-1 year working experience in a technical environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass the RW K53 driving test

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will assist with various maintenance and operational activities, including:
- Assisting artisans with maintenance tasks and inspections
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment from transport vehicles
- Inspecting and repairing lighting systems on site
- Digging trenches during installation and removal of electrical cables
- Cleaning Motorized Control Centres (MCCs)
- Completing and submitting assigned work orders
- Maintaining housekeeping in work areas
- Following safety procedures when handling tools and equipment
- Reporting plant defects related to health and safety
- Securing and controlling allocated tools and equipment
- Adhering to access control systems
- Performing standby duties and overtime when required
