Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
N1 in Electrical Trade Theory will be advantageous
0-1 year working experience in a technical environment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass the RW K53 driving test

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will assist with various maintenance and operational activities, including:
Assisting artisans with maintenance tasks and inspections
Loading and unloading tools and equipment from transport vehicles
Inspecting and repairing lighting systems on site
Digging trenches during installation and removal of electrical cables
Cleaning Motorized Control Centres (MCCs)
Completing and submitting assigned work orders
Maintaining housekeeping in work areas
Following safety procedures when handling tools and equipment
Reporting plant defects related to health and safety
Securing and controlling allocated tools and equipment
Adhering to access control systems
Performing standby duties and overtime when required
The role requires individuals who can work effectively within a team and follow technical instructions accurately.
