Job Purpose
The purpose of these roles is to support the implementation of the Indigent Management Programme through structured data collection, verification, and coordination. The programme focuses on identifying qualifying households and ensuring efficient delivery of municipal support services.
Key Responsibilities
Field Workers
- Conduct door-to-door household visits within designated wards
- Verify indigent household information
- Collect and record accurate data
- Engage with community members professionally

Data Capturers
- Capture and process collected data accurately
- Validate and reconcile information
- Maintain organised digital records
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Team Leaders

Minimum Requirements
Field Workers
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Age between 18 and 40 years
- Proof of residence within the ward applied for
Data Capturers
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail
Team Leaders
- Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- Relevant qualification in:
