Boxer Superstores is recruiting General Workers to join our fast-paced Cape Town Distribution Centre (DC) based in Airport Industria. We are continuously hiring for multiple warehouse roles including Pickers, Receivers, Loaders, Cycle Counters, Forklift Operators, Reach Truck Operators, Auditors, and Combiners.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• 0–2 years warehouse or distribution centre experience (placement depends on experience)
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Deadline-driven mindset
• Basic numeracy and counting skills
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck licence (required for operator roles)
• Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, Sundays, and public holidays
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Accurately pick stock for retail stores using picking slips
• Monitor and track stock levels within the warehouse
• Load and offload delivery trucks efficiently and safely
• Move, stack, and organise pallets within the DC
• Operate reach trucks to place pallets on racking systems
• Combine stock on pallets and securely shrink-wrap for dispatch
• Return overstocked, damaged, or short-dated stock to the DC promptly
• Conduct stock counts, inspect for damages, and verify expiry dates before dispatch
