Key Responsibilities
• Attend and participate in safety meetings
• Conduct and participate in risk assessments
• Allocate tasks to subordinates and provide on-the-job training
• Attend to breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Ensure availability of materials, spares, and equipment
• Comply with environmental and legal requirements
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
• Exercise sound judgment in component replacement
• Record results of all legal examinations accurately
• Complete job cards, PMs, and reports on work performed
• Apply correct tools and follow required standards and specifications
• Prioritise tasks according to operational requirements
