Overview
TWK Agri is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join the Trade division at Bethal, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will manage customer transactions accurately, provide excellent service, and assist with general store operations including stocking, pricing, and conducting stock takes.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Process customer payments accurately using cash or card
• Count cash in drawers at the start of shifts and maintain adequate change
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change as required
• Bag, box, or wrap merchandise and prepare packages for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
• Stock shelves, mark prices, and assist with stock takes
• Record transactions and maintain balance sheets
Minimum Requirements & Skills
• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Previous cashier or retail experience (advantageous)
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle money accurately
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
