Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Msobo Coal Learnership Programme, applicants must have:
• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• N2 trade theory relevant to the chosen trade
• Updated and detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Willingness to undergo screening and assessment
• Ability to sign a learnership contract with the company
• Medical fitness as required by the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA)
Note: Appointment is subject to obtaining a valid certificate of fitness under MHSA.
