Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover Apprenticeship, applicants must have:
• A Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects
• 60% or above in Physical Science
• 60% or above in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Reliability and willingness to learn continuously
• Practical experience in a production or maintenance department (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Millwright, you will:
• Complete both theoretical and practical training components of the programme
• Study and master all learning outcomes and fields relevant to the trade
• Attend formal training courses at accredited learning institutions
• Gain hands-on experience at a Clover manufacturing plant
• Complete Induction, Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, Productivity and Economy modules
• Undertake practical training and prepare for the Millwright Trade Test at the designated Training Centre
• Earn a monthly stipend while gaining valuable real-world experience
