Eskom is offering a Learner Plant Operator opportunity at Matla Power Station in Mpumalanga. This learning programme (Task Grade L5) provides institutionalised and on-the-job training, preparing learners for a future career in power plant operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following:
• Grade 12 with Maths (50%), Physical Science (50%) and English (40%), OR
• N3 with Maths (50%), Science (50%) and English (40%), OR
• NCV Level 4 with Maths (50%), Science (50%) and English (40%), OR
• National N4/N5 Certificate with Trade Subjects, OR
• National N6 Certificate with Trade Subjects, OR
• National Diploma / B Tech / B Eng / BSc Eng.
Minimum Requirements
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must successfully complete the Eskom recruitment process.
• Successful candidates will be placed in Eskom Operations across divisions.
