Our operations are located in the Limpopo and North West Provinces, with our head office based in the business hub of Rosebank, Johannesburg.

Purpose of the Electrician Learnership (LED)
This learnership aims to:
• Provide you with the necessary theoretical (classroom-based) and practical (on-site) training to help you qualify as an Artisan (Electrician) at NQF Level 3-4.
• Equip you with the knowledge and skills required to meet the industry standards and the needs of Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine.
• Support your development journey through a combination of on-the-job training and institutional learning, ensuring you’re well-prepared to thrive in your chosen trade.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Commit to the terms of the learning agreement and comply with all legislative requirements.
• Take full responsibility for your learning: ask questions, seek clarity, and apply your skills.
• Learn the ins and outs of your trade to meet both training outcomes and workplace expectations.
• Demonstrate your competence and progress throughout the 3-year apprenticeship period.
• Participate in both theoretical training and hands-on experience as per the apprenticeship curriculum.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Natural Science, OR
• N2 Certificate with 4 trade-specific subjects
Skills and Competencies:
• Proficient communication in English
• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured training environment
