Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be required to:
• Sign a 12-month fixed-term learnership contract
• Participate in structured learning and practical work experience in the commercial space
• Commit to achieving learning goals and completing assessments
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the Coca-Cola Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must:
• Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
• Hold a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics or Maths Literacy passed at a minimum of 40%
• Be proficient in English and any other South African language (40% or higher)
• Be currently unemployed
• Not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
• Post-matric qualification may be required for specific roles
• Driver’s license is advantageous for certain positions
• Preference will be given to candidates who meet Employment Equity (EE) targets
