Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Electrician to support our qualified electricians with day-to-day maintenance tasks and general electrical work. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their technical skills in a high-performance, agricultural-based work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification

• Practical experience in both mechanical and electrical fields (essential)

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Valid trade certificate (advantageous)

• Applicable technical knowledge and basic electrical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic electrical maintenance and repair duties under supervision

• Use electrical hand tools such as grinders, drills, and test meters

• Clean electrical equipment and cables during scheduled maintenance

• Comply with all health and safety regulations during operations

• Ensure high standards of neatness and workmanship

• Participate in training and development toward full qualification
